As an Outbound Calling Executive, you will be working on the Outbound Calling team contacting existing customers on behalf of our Publishers. The Outbound calling team is part of our friendly Subscriptions team.

Your Duties

  • Calling current and lapsed customers to renew subscriptions and processing orders over the phone
  • Liaising with Accounts departments regarding overdue invoices and lapsed payment plans
  • Diarising notes on the subscription database
  • Actioning amendments on the subscription database
  • Handling customer payment details securely

Who are you?

  • Excellent telephone manner and good attention to detail
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good spelling, grammar and command of English language
  • A quick learner and a confident and friendly person
  • Have your own transport due to our beautiful rural location (car, bike, pony and trap, all modes accepted!)

  • 9.30am – 1.30pm over 3 – 5 days (12 – 20 hours per week)
