ESco appoints new Director of Product

ESco is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Robert Green as Director of Product, effective since March 2024.
Rob was previously Head of Technology and Delivery at Cancer Research UK, where he led the technology team through a significant Tech Transformation project. Since joining ESco two years ago, he has greatly contributed in his consultancy role by guiding our team through change and building empathy across the organisation.
His wealth of experience in product leadership, strategic planning, digital transformation, product discovery, innovation, and change management has provided an invaluable perspective at ESco. By supporting our Leadership and Tech teams in making strategic decisions and shifts, we are already benefiting from his guidance as a company.
I'm really excited to start my new job as Director of Product at ESco. It's a big step for me after two great years consulting with this amazing company. I've been lucky to work with a super talented team here. Their drive to make things better has been amazing to see. We've worked on some tough projects, turned our big ideas into real things, and really helped ESco's tech get better. Now, as I take on this new role, I can't wait to lead the way in making our products even better. I want to make sure we keep giving our customers what they need and more. Being part of the ESco team has been an incredible ride, and I'm looking forward to helping us achieve even more.

This follows the appointment of John McHale as Client Services Director in February of last year, after twenty years of experience in the publishing industry. John heads up the Client Services Department and oversees the Renewals and Fulfillment Department, with expertise in Subscriptions Management, Data Management, Fulfilment and Marketing Communications.
ESco’s management team now comprises Susan Duffin (Managing Director & Founder), Louise McHale (Deputy Managing Director), Clare Gill (Business Operations Director), Lee Turbard (Data Solutions Director), Alistair Wood (Operations & Development Director), John McHale (Client Services Director), and Robert Green (Director of Product).
