ESco launches Client Portal

Now, after being challenged by our MD, Susan Duffin, to bring all reports and analytics together in one easy-to-use portal, the ESco development team have taken a proof of concept through to our newly launched Client Portal web-based solution.
Whether it's detailed analytics on which customer segment is renewing best, or simple stats such as a year-on-year revenue comparison, ESco’s Client Portal includes dashboards, downloadable reports and dynamic analysis combining millions of lines of data into simple visual widgets all in one place. No more searching email or FTP archives, just login and the data is there.
We pride ourselves on our customer-centric focus and this goes towards giving our clients a hands-on connection to their data while keeping it safe and secure. The Client Portal is hosted on the ESco private cloud and personal data is kept to the barest minimum required, held securely with sophisticated encryption.
