At ESco, people have always been our greatest strength—not just the skills they bring, but the care, commitment and collaboration they show every day. That’s why we work so hard to create an environment where everyone feels genuinely valued, supported to grow, and proud to be part of the team.
On 4 March 2025, we welcomed Claire Laidler from Investors in People as part of our ongoing commitment to doing just that. Claire spent the day with us, chatting one-on-one with members of the team and getting a real feel for how we work, what we’re doing well, and where we’ve still got room to stretch and improve.
We’re absolutely thrilled to share that, following this visit, we’ve once again achieved Investors in People reaccreditation.
This isn’t just a badge or a box-tick for us – it’s a reflection of the culture we’ve carefully built and continue to nurture. It’s the feeling you get when someone’s got your back. When your voice is heard. When you’re growing in the right direction.
Charlotte Manning, our HR Manager since 2019, has been a steady, thoughtful force behind so much of this progress.
This is a fantastic achievement, and it’s all thanks to the team’s dedication, collaboration, and commitment to making ESco the best it can be. Accreditation reflects the way we support each other and strive to continuously improve—so this is something for everyone to be incredibly proud of.
Charlotte Manning, HR Manager, ESco
We’re hugely proud of this recognition, but even prouder of the team that made it possible. And now, with a fresh set of feedback and a renewed sense of focus, we’re already looking ahead – eager to keep learning, keep growing, and keep making ESco an even better place to be.
Big thanks to Claire and the team at Investors in People – your insights are invaluable, and we’ll be using them to keep pushing ourselves forward.
