We’re proud to share that ESco has been selected to support Christian Aid with key elements of their donor engagement programme – marking another exciting step forward for us in the charity sector.

The first phase of the partnership focuses on processing Legacy and Philanthropy donations, managing inbound supporter communications, and ensuring timely and meaningful thank yous are sent to Christian Aid’s generous donors. It’s a brilliant brief – one that plays to our strengths in data, donor care, and operational efficiency.

You have been really patient. You’ve been really professional in all your responses. We’re learning along the way too. We can see how this is going to work for the better.

We’re already exploring opportunities to expand the partnership further – a promising sign of what’s to come. The ESco team is thrilled to be working with such a respected charity, and excited to see where this collaboration takes us.

We’re really pleased to be supporting Christian Aid as they strengthen the way donations are managed behind the scenes. It’s been great working closely with their teams to find practical solutions as challenges arise, helping support their day-to-day work and giving them more time to focus on the impact they’re making.
