Hemming Group Ltd joins ESco as latest client

We are pleased to welcome our latest client, Hemming Group Ltd, who we went live with at the end of January. Hemming Group Ltd are a media owner, producing B2B magazines and directories as well as managing exhibitions and conferences.
ESco is now handling subscription and data management services for seven of Hemming Group’s titles:
- The MJ (The Municipal Journal)
- Bridge Design & Engineering
- Highways Magazine
- PanStadia & Arena Management
- Builders’ Merchants News
- Heating, Ventilating & Plumbing
- LAPV (Local Authority Plant & Vehicle)
Having previously managed their subscriptions in-house, Hemming Group chose to outsource to ESco to utilise our experience and expertise of working with specialist publishers.
We will be providing a complete data and customer service management for Hemming and their subscribers, as well as a new eCommerce platform, controlled circulation sign-up forms, access and entitlement via an integrated API and ABC auditing.
We have had a very positive experience working with ESco. Our customer service has been massively improved and our sign-up process simplified and on a new improved landing page. What's more, we have just gone through our first ABC audit process with them and it has been smooth. Their depth of experience and industry knowledge is improving the way we work in a number of areas.
