The Stage outsources subscriptions to ESco

Following on from a successful project in 2015 to provide The Stage with a comprehensive eCommerce solution, ESco is pleased to announce they have recently been appointed to provide full subscriptions management for their print and digital content.

Founded in 1880, The Stage is the world’s longest-running publication for the performing arts industry and has a weekly newspaper and a website.

ESco has been working with The Stage since the summer of 2015 when they built a fully integrated eCommerce platform, managed the Direct Debit collection process and hosted The Stage’s version of Myriad on ESco’s cloud platform. Over the last year ESco has consistently delivered a high level of service and in the summer of 2016, The Stage made the decision to outsource the full subscriptions management to ESco.

Commenting on the move to ESco, Simon Hassell the Commercial Director at The Stage says, “Working with ESco has really opened our eyes as to how effective and efficiently subscriptions can be managed. Their personal levels of professionalism, diligence and knowledge have continually impressed all of us here at The Stage. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending people to leave their current bureau for a better experience with ESco. ESco remains, for most of us here at The Stage, pretty much the best company we’ve ever dealt with.

Alistair Wood, Operations & Development Director at ESco commented “We are especially proud to have picked up this work from The Stage and delighted to have given them such a good experience. Client and customer satisfaction is what drives our team and it is great to be able to grow our business in this way. The Stage have some very exciting ideas they want to implement over the coming year and we are very much looking forward to working with Simon and his team on these projects.
