National Geographic Kids magazine chooses ESco’s Renewals Solutions

We are pleased to announce that we are now working with the highly successful National Geographic Kids magazine.
National Geographic Kids is an exciting monthly magazine which gives boys and girls a whole new way to learn and explore their world. Packed full of fantastic facts about science, geography, history, popular culture and exciting things to make and do, a National Geographic Kids subscription is a great resource for children, parents and teachers alike.
Since the end of 2017, National Geographic Kids have made use of ESco’s direct mail fulfilment service to update their customers on important changes about how subscriptions have been managed. They’ve also used our services to contact subscribers who have recently lapsed, encouraging them to extend their subscription.
More recently, we’ve helped them to set up regular automated renewal communications to all of their subscribers coming to the end of their subscription period. Making use of ESco’s renewals service, they are able to personalise the message to each subscriber making sure they are targeting their audience in the most appropriate way to ensure the highest renewal rates.
