On Wednesday 29 November, the annual PPA Scotland Awards 2023 celebrations took place at Glasgow's Old Fruitmarket, showcasing the talent and creativity within Scotland's specialist media.
The eighteen award categories recognise exceptional individuals and companies who delivered outstanding work over the past year, from esteemed editors and writers to innovative events and digital products that bring brands to life.
Congratulations to Mandy Rhodes, Managing Director of Holyrood Communications, for her numerous successes at the PPA Scotland Awards 2023, including winning Editor of the Year. Additionally, the wonderful team at Holyrood Communications also secured several wins, including:
- Business Title of the Year
- Media Brand of the Year
- "If not me, who?" (Pam Duncan-Glancy MSP), winning Editorial Photograph of the Year
- Holyrood's 500th Issue Reception, winning Event of the Year
- Holyrood’s Ruaraidh Gilmour, highly commended for Young Journalist of the Year
