We were delighted to be in the audience for Apteco Live 2025 yesterday at the iconic BFI Southbank in London. This year’s event rolled out the red carpet for the Apteco community – serving up a blockbuster day of exclusive previews, practical insights and show-stealing new features.
Flying the flag for ESco were Alistair Wood (Strategic Account Director), Greg Viney (Senior Solutions Engineer) and Ed Caswell (Solutions Engineer), all ready to soak up the action and catch up with our fellow data enthusiasts.
True to form, the Apteco team delivered a packed programme, from headline keynote talks and feature premieres to hands-on demos and themed focus sessions. There was plenty to take in; new tools, smarter journeys and powerful automations all designed to help marketers (and fundraisers) do more with their data.
Apteco Email in particular got a big thumbs up from our team, with new campaigning tools for automated A/B testing, control groups, and pre-built journeys for things like abandoned baskets and event reminders. The ability to create and share custom templates? Big win.
We also got a glimpse of Orin, Apteco’s new AI-powered chatbot, a smart new addition we’re excited to explore with clients in the months ahead. As always, the event had real polish as well as a lovely, down-to-earth energy.
The Apteco team aren’t just incredibly clever – they’re genuinely lovely people. The Hollywood-style stars created for attendees were a brilliant touch. And Orbit’s roadmap? Seriously exciting.
Alistair Wood, Strategic Account Director, ESco
Huge thanks to the Apteco team for another inspiring day. We left energised, full of ideas, and genuinely excited about what’s next – both for the platform and the wider world of data-driven marketing.
