Working closely with our friends at Kiss, our tech team has delivered over 50 enhancements across four major platform releases this last year alone. The goal? To help our clients grow by removing friction from the checkout journey and ensuring futureproof compliance.
Here’s what’s new:
- We’ve launched a streamlined digital-only checkout flow—making it even easier for users to subscribe to digital products without unnecessary steps.
- Integration with Stripe has been upgraded to include digital wallets like Apple Pay, creating a smoother, faster payment experience.
- New functionality now supports family and joint memberships, offering greater flexibility for membership organisations.
- Promotion code logic has been enhanced to allow region-specific messaging using a single code—so campaigns can be smarter and more targeted based on the country of origin.
- Phase one of our online cancellation process is live, aligning with requirements of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act—ensuring we (and you) stay compliant.
- We’ve also introduced support for zero-value trials via Direct Debit and added conditional logic to forms to improve data capture.
All of this means better performance where it counts. Clients are already seeing improved conversion rates at checkout and the ability to support more flexible membership models than ever before.
