As a BACS-approved bureau, this means we’re officially reaffirmed and fully authorised to process Direct Debits on behalf of our clients—securely, accurately, and with complete confidence. More importantly, it’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality, compliance and doing things properly.
This inspection, conducted by Pay.UK, happens every three years – a thorough check-up on our policies, procedures, systems and security to make sure we’re not just meeting the required standards, but maintaining them day in, day out.
