Myriad

Myriad as a Remote Application will only run on a supported Microsoft Windows operating system

Initial Setup

The initial setup steps below only need to be run once – if you have already completed these, skip straight to Connecting to Myriad

• Open Control Panel and search for RemoteApp and Desktop Connections
• Select Access RemoteApp and desktops
• Enter the connection URL supplied by your Account Manager
• Follow the on-screen messaging and log in using the credentials, also supplied by your Account Manager – make sure you select Remember me if you do not want to be prompted for these again

Connecting to Myriad

• Open your Start menu and navigate to the Work Resources folder
• Select Myriad to launch the application
• Enter your username and password
• Once the connection has been made, click to expand the Show Details button. You will then see the Full RemoteApp connection screen and will need to complete the Duo challenge before connecting to Myriad
• You can pin this to your taskbar or create a desktop shortcut, if you wish
