Client portal
ESco has developed a Client Portal which will be your single place to download all marketing, sales and financial reports. Access to report data is secured by username and password and personal customer information is encrypted with additional password protection to satisfy the GDPR.
Please follow the instructions below to access the portal for the first time and then on an on-going basis. Please note that you will need to reset your password and choose a new one when you log in for the first time.
Logging in for the first time
You will need to choose a password the first time you log in- Open a web browser and navigate to the following web address: clientportal.EScosubs.co.uk/account/ForgotPassword
- Enter your email address
- Select Send My Reset Link
- Wait for an email from the Client Portal and click on the link within it to reset your password
- The link will open up a new page within your web browser – enter your email address again, and enter a new password – please note the password must be at least six characters in length and contain:
- at least one uppercase letter (eg. A)
- a non-letter (eg. 1)
- a digital character (eg. %)
- Once you have entered and confirmed your password, select Login

Below is the information you will need to access the Client Portal on an on-going basis:

Account De-Activation
Accounts will be deactivated and removed once they are no longer required or if they have been in-active for a period of 90 days. It is your responsibility to alert us if you need an account deactivated.
