Like any service provider, ESco is as good as the people it employs. We understand the importance of having the right people in the right jobs, doing the things they’re good at.

We invest heavily in our staff and our accredited Investors in People status is just the start point in that process.

We are the largest employer in the immediate vicinity and the majority of our staff are local people. Because of this we are in a strong position to be selective about who we employ. We have an excellent record for retaining staff; and like our clients, they seldom leave. The fact that our future represents their future creates a great commitment on the part of our staff.

That commitment is repaid with regular training and opportunities for advancement where appropriate. The ESco culture which has evolved over some 20 odd years, has been brought to Trinity House and will definitely be retained as a part of our future.  Some of our staff have previously commuted some distance to work and particularly appreciate the personal and environmental benefits in having good quality employment close to home.

ESco operates a strong policy of job/project “teaming” to ensure that at no time are the services given to our clients left uncovered by holiday or unexpected absences.
