Processing outgoing leads entails setting up each issue’s advertisers on our database, receiving the enquiry cards at ESco, processing these cards through our database, and generating electronic file (or hardcopy) output for prompt forwarding to the relevant advertisers to ensure the quality of the lead when received. Reports of incoming leads activity are regularly provided, so you can see each issues performance and keep your advertisers appraised of their successes!
At the other end of the scale, we can also receive your leads from other publications, and manage the despatch of your promotional literature to these potential customers, with reports emailed to your sales representatives on a regular basis to ensure timely follow-up. Your literature would be warehoused at ESco and despatched through our mailing department leaving you to concentrate on securing the sale, rather than administering the literature.
