Online Reader Enquiry System Launched
ESco Business Services was recently commissioned to create an online Reader Enquiry System for two annual directories published by Nexus Media Communications. The fully automated website set up for Shop Spec and Hotel Spec allows the readers of these publications to enter their contact information online and request information from either specific advertisers or areas of interests. As soon as the information is submitted, emails are automatically generated and sent to the advertisers including the contact details of the enquirer which they can then use to market their product.
Commenting on the recently launched website, Ann Ovenden at Nexus Media said, “When our reader response site for Shop Spec went live we decided to test it and the response was instantaneous. We are extremely pleased with the site which will free our sales staff for selling.”
