ESco Welcomes New Members of Staff

ESco’s continued growth sees us welcome three new members of staff, Darren Laplain, Head of ICT; James Scrivener, Circulation Data Analyst and Erica Callander, Account Manager

Darren Laplain joins ESco as Head of ICT bringing with him a wealth of experience in the mailing industry and a degree in Software Engineering. He will be invaluable in identifying and implementing new systems across all areas of the business to ensure that ESco is taking full advantage of new technological developments and continues to lead the way forward in the services we can offer.

James Scrivener has recently joined ESco as a Data Analyst having just graduated with a first class honours degree in Computer Science. James is on hand to provide circulation and subscription data analysis, support and development for ESco’s growing online services including the soon to be launched online reporting which can be customised according to each client’s specific needs. James has already made some efficiency savings in the Subscriptions department by developing an application for modulus checking direct debit and credit card information.

Erica Callander has joined ESco’s Subscriptions and Circulations team from Portland Press where she was their Head of Marketing and Sales. Erica joins ESco as an Account Manager where she will be working directly with our clients, responding to enquiries, providing reporting and coordinating the many services ESco offers to ensure we continue to meet our client’s requirements.
