ESco Invests in Sophisticated Machine Enclosing Technology
March 2008 will mark the arrival of a new state-of-the-art enclosing machine in the mailroom. This is an exciting acquisition for ESco and follows many months of painstaking research to find a machine capable of living up to our very specific and exacting requirements. This new machine will enable us to considerably increase our existing throughput whilst also streamlining our current operations, further increasing efficiency and offering faster turnaround times especially for large volume mailings.
Manufactured in Sweden the Kalmar KC45 is capable of enclosing up to 6 items in to an envelope at speeds of up to 12,000 envelopes per hour. The model on order features top of the range specification including cameras to enable selective inserting and matched in mailings as well as full productivity reporting.
