ESco receives re-accreditation with Investor’s in People

We know our people are our biggest strength, and we’re committed to continually improving the way we manage, develop, and lead – that’s why we work with Investors in People to help us identify what we do well and to remain focused on the right areas.

On Tuesday 22nd March, we were visited by a representative of Investors in People who conducted interviews with several members of staff on an individual basis to determine what we're doing really well and, more importantly, what we could be doing to be even better.

It gives us great pleasure to confirm that, in light of the feedback we received, ESco has received re-accreditation with the Investor’s in People “We invest in people” recognition.

People said it’s a great place to work, some have stayed longer than they had imagined they would – this is because they love ESco and know it is a special company.

Investors in People Report, 2022

While we constantly look for new ways to invest in our people and grow together as a team and as a business, we are incredibly proud to receive this affirmation that we continue to succeed – and improve – in doing so.

We would like to take this opportunity to offer our sincere thanks to Investors in People for their thorough report, which has given us a lot to celebrate and we will use this feedback to aim even higher than ever before.
