From sourcing lists to datacapture of customer response forms, we help you create a high quality database, ensuring you get the most from your promotional activity.
We also clean existing databases to ensure they are providing the best return, and we specialise in recovery of address formats from data previously held in systems without accurate address structures. Data can be received in virtually any format – text, spreadsheets, flat and relational databases – we’ve even been known to reverse engineer datafiles from a merged Word document!
Our sophisticated deduplication software ensures the maximum number of potential duplications are located and removed, and data can be scanned and updated against the UK PAF database as standard. Further list screening is also available on request, eg MPS, TPS, Bereavement Register etc. See Data Cleansing page for further details.
Once the data is ready for use we can then develop database applications unique to the file for ongoing management, or for subscriptions/circulations files, the lists will be managed in our dedicated system.
Reporting structures for file activity are tailored from a base suite of reports to each individual client’s needs, enabling you to quickly assess your results without having to wade through mountains of figures.
