Controlled Circulation Management
Management of controlled circulation databases is on the same dedicated database as subscriptions, so titles with a shared readership of both types can easily be managed efficiently and with no duplication of readers between the two.
Our database structure allows for unitised files to be maintained if required, enabling ‘one per site’ selections at the time of distribution to maximise your market penetration on every issue run. Data can be captured from registration sources (cards, exhibition attendances etc) and loaded from third party rented or purchased lists (subject to agreed terms of the list owner).
The database also offers a completely user defined and unlimited demographic structure, so whatever information you can think to ask, we can record it. Once this information is on the database, demographic and other status reports can be tailored to your requirements to save you time and money when making corporate decisions about your products.
All circulations are managed in accordance with ABC and BPA guidelines to ensure complete and efficient annual audits. As with subscriptions, selections for magazine distribution can be targeted to specific areas or demographic profiles enabling enhanced promotional activity for you and your clients at each issue run.
